• Monthly retainer services can be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only considered in case of advance payments for services not yet delivered.
• No refunds will be issued for completed services, consultation hours, or digital deliverables already shared.

3. Processing Time:
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
